Studio 6 Extended Stay Oklahoma City Norman OK

We had to pack up a newborn baby, dIsabled child and an 83 year old grandpa at 3 am to leave because our room had ROACHES!! and this was after we had to wait until almost 8pm to check in because the rooms weren't ready for the 3pm check in. Room was not clean and smelled and we reeked of cigarette smoke. WILL NOT RETURN!! VERY DISSATISFIED!

Was bitten by bugs within 30 minutes of arriving the room. Told management I wanted a refund. They hesitated at first but after seeing the bites on my wife’s legs, and photos of the bugs on the carpet and bed, they agreed and provided a refund!

We got there at check in time and they said I’m sorry come back in a hour. We have been traveling for hours. There was one towel and no washcloths in our room. I asked multiple times and never received any until the next day. There was hair a whole bunch behind the door of the bathroom that no one cleaned. I was afraid to walk barefoot and just fyi they charge you an extra $100 for a deposit! You will get it back a week or longer after you leave. Terrible experience. And the tv remote wouldn’t even work. And some guests that already checked in I overheard said they went to their room and it was still dirty and they already gave them the card to go to their room. Worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever been too. I’m surprised they didn’t have bedbugs.

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was also very courteous and professional.

The kitchen was equipped for cooking I did not feel that it was pet friendly I did not like your very unsatisfactory staff I did not like your two dollar charge for utilities I did not like your ten dollar charge for house mates doing their job

DO NOT STAY HERE! Went to Norman for a concert at OU stadium and they cancelled my reservation without notice and left our family stranded. Hotel did not send advanced notifications of the cancellation. 3 families were checking in at the same time and the hotel cancelled everyone's reservation that same day without notice. The manager was not helpful and did not honor the reservations that were made months in advance. Hotel had no Studio 6 signage and it appears they must've lost their franchise license.

We arrived about 9:00 PM and they claimed they had an emergency at the hotel and did not have a room for us and had tried to notify us previously which was all a lie. I'm sure since we were late they had sold our room to someone else. The location of the hotel made it very hard to get to even though it was on the freeway and it looked like a dump so we for sure will not be going back.

My reservation was cancelled and nobody contacted me from ******* or from the hotel
