The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Room service is also reliable.

Excellent place.

Awful customer services. They advertise on Trip.com that they have an airport shuttle, when they in fact do NOT. Trying to cancel/refund for this mis-advertisement will result in a denial even if you ask for the refund only minutes after booking.

Excellent

We stayed one night before a cruise around Christmas. Parking was available, which was nice. The female front desk staff, despite being extremely busy, was incredibly kind and gave us directions to Manhattan. Thanks to them, we learned about the shuttle service, and were able to travel to Manhattan with ease. It was more expensive than the bus, but it was an excellent choice for a three-year-old. The room was also very comfortable.

I was very satisfied with my stay! From booking to check-out, every step was a pleasant one. • Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated, with convenient transportation and easy access to restaurants and shopping. • Friendly Service: The front desk staff was always smiling, and check-in was quick and efficient. The concierge was very considerate and offered to help with luggage. • Clean Room: The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a wonderful night's sleep.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, full of ticks and everything was dirty. I couldn't even stay 2 hours and had to leave. Musty smell. Terrible service at reception. Nobody cares about serving the customer well. Spider webs
