Wingate by Wyndham Charleston Coliseum

The only I didn’t like was the surprise extra charge of $103 but she said that I would get it back on my card in 3-5 days or business days. They didn’t take cash was a bummer. The room was great we stayed on the first floor and it wasn’t too far from the front desk or the door. The bed was so comfortable I fall asleep Instantly when I hit the pillow.

They had no rooms available and never gave me my money back so and it wasn’t for people that lived in the city was for travelers out of staters and they never wanted to give us our money back

Location near the event center. Good hotel and staff was super friendly. Entrance from the main road was poorly marked in a very heavy traffic area.

Stayed here for one night as an airport hotel. The first room i got was super dusty and the TV and phone werent working. The second room I got into was cleaner but still had no working phone and the TV was super slow. Not the best location but the staff at the front desk was ok.

Very convenient to the airport and you could tell it has had recent renovations to the rooms and overall hotel. The only big issue was there was no hot water the morning we checked out.

Like the location of all the restaurants and shopping places. One thing they really need to fix is the elevators. They are very dirty and they run very rough going up and down the shaft. They need some maintenance work done to the big time. Give you a very scary ride up and down 🙅

Front desk staff was amazing, room and pool cleanliness didn’t match up breakfast Friday and Sunday was incredible didn’t enjoy the staff member walking through the front lobby with what looked like scrabbled eggs in a garbage bag
