"Newly renovated budget friendly little inn. Location is slightly away from town but shouldn’t be a problem if you have own transportation. Cleanliness is well taken care of and check in out of the inn is convenient."

"Place is decent except for working crews drilling on wall at 7 am"

"Stupid experience! ! ! Only stayed one night but charge two nights fee, really disappointing!!! Credit card was charged without consent, two nights fee was charged for one night and no refund was given"

"pretty neat place modern and good staff shout out to omar he was awesome!"

"For a two day stay the hotel was very accommodating. Helpful front desk, rooms were large and comfortable with fridge and microwave. Quiet and slept well. Dozens of choices for food, all walking distance. Good choice!"

"I recently stayed at the Extended Stay America Suites in Charleston on Northwoods Boulevard. While the staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, the property is in need of significant renovations and improvements. One of the first things I noticed was that the main entrance door was broken, with exposed wires hanging out, which created a poor first impression and raised safety concerns. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. There were packets of grits available, but no bowls to prepare them in, and there were no juices or water offered to guests. The only available water source was for making coffee, although beverages were available for purchase. My room had an awkward layout, with the refrigerator placed in a corner where it was difficult to fully open the door and access items inside. Additionally, the hotel was quite noisy. Several tenants were loud, and a dog in the building barked frequently, making it difficult to relax. The biggest concern was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower curtain had a buildup of black residue and grime along the bottom, which was very unpleasant and clearly indicated that it needed to be replaced. The staff deserves recognition for their kindness and professionalism, but the condition of the property, cleanliness issues, noise, and lack of adequate breakfast amenities made this stay less enjoyable than expected. I hope management addresses these concerns and invests in much-needed updates to the hotel."

"Hilton's quality is still very good! 👍"

"I and quiet stay. Great breakfast items. Loving playing billar / pool in the lobby. Highly recommend TRU by Hilton hotel"

"The driver who picked us up from the airport was very nice, warm, and helpful. The hotel owner was honest and answered all our questions. The room was spacious, and the kitchen had a refrigerator and microwave, etc. The hotel breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of choices. The lobby manager even drove us to the station. Excellent value for money!"
