Note that the shampoo and shower gel come in the same bottle, and there is no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own if that matters to you."

"I’ve been fortunate enough to be well travelled and stayed in hundreds of hotels but this one is one of the best. The little details make this place so special. The accommodation was of exceptional quality with a massive bathroom, the room was spacious but so cosy I was asleep by 9.30! The food was delicious, the quality was outstanding and so lovely to see the chef taking real pride in what he does. The service was amazing, the waitresses and management were so accommodating and went above and beyond for us. This is the best value for a hotel, we hope to be back v soon!!"

Excellent breakfast, clean rooms and fun games onsite like crazy golf. I had party of 3 adults staying in the hotel side. Best value in the area for a room with 3 or 4 adults. Highly recommend for a trip to North Devon"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Trimstone Manor Hotel. The whole place has an old world charm about it. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and the delicious 'Full English Breakfast' certainly lived up to its name! Our mixed group were able to enjoy the pool table in the games room and also the large swimming pool - such a great facility. We were able to have our own Qigong session in a secluded part of the pretty and extensive garden one morning, accompanied by the rather raucous calls of the resident peacock (who obliged us with several displays of his magnificent tail feathers). We were not blessed with the best weather over our weekend stay and can only imagine how relaxing it would be, and how splendid the whole place would look, in lovely bright sunshine. We are all certainly very keen to return to this quiet and charming family run hotel."

Also appreciated the friendly warm way they spoke with the guests at breakfast as this created a nice atmosphere at the start of each day. I am sure this hotel will have a good season !! I would happily recommend the hotel to others. PS Free parking is also provided by the hotel !"
