To top it off, I found a large cockroach in my room, which I had to deal with in the middle of the night. The air conditioning was another major issue—it seemed like a relic from the '80s and couldn't keep up with the heat. The vents were filthy, and the switches were broken. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were genuinely helpful, especially Sharma, who assisted us until 2 AM. Their service was the silver lining in an otherwise disappointing stay.”

We had checked in late on 21. 09. 23 at silver sands holiday village, as flight was late evening. The rooms were very comfortable, complimentary breakfast was also quite tasty and had good variety. The front desk personnel was also very friendly and helpful and sorted out our issues with a smiling face. We checked out late on 25. 09. 2023 as our flight was at 10. 55 pm overall a very good experience.
