Staying in 17th century Historical Fort is just priceless luxury experience We celebrated our Anniversary week at this Fort and we enjoyed every second and every minute of this place . What a stunning views of the Arabian Sea and local river mixing together is a must watch of the spectacular show by nature . Our Room “Wednesday “ is cute and unique with a beautiful balcony to just gaze at the ocean and spend countless hours . The Tavern restaurant chefs are 5 star professional chefs .I think Sravan cooked us some delicious food and we enjoyed every meal at this restaurant. Big shoutout to SAGAR who has been awesome host at the restaurant. His attention to detail is so loving and caring .He even arranged a candle light dinner for our celebration.Such a wonderful human being. Special shoutout to Philip,Caraciol , Sucorin who are awesome What a wonderful gesture by the manager with the cake for the anniversary. Don’t miss the heritage walk by Angelo he is a such a genuine sweet guy who tell all the stories of the place. From New Manohar Airport it’s quite a long way so better arrive early when there is some light in the sky otherwise I don’t recommend anyone to arrive in night time as you need a ferry to cross to go to this fort . Don’t miss this Fort if you are in goa it’s a masterpiece of history experience with spectacular ocean views and luxury stay

We had a wonderful stay at this heritage hotel. The staff especially Anisha , Sagar , Joel were very warm & courteous. Food is delicious and they were always forthcoming to accommodate our requests. The location & architecture of the Hotel is marvellous . A quick ferry across the creek offers nice time on a clean beach . Good access fromManohar Airport ( Mooa ) is an advantage. Definitely worth a next visit in monsoon ☔️

Just bliss from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. A total gem on the very North tip of Goa. Amazing views across the bay. You can eat breakfast , lunch and dinner outside looking across the bay. Delicious food. You can walk down to the bay and catch a ferry across to a beach where there’s a few beach restaurants . Overall , I would thoroughly recommend a stay here

Our stay at Fort Tiracol Heritage Hotel was a fantastic experience. The village of Tiracol is located ***** the coast at the northern most tip of Goa and at the Goa Maharashtra border. The property is a 400+ year old Portuguese era heritage fort that's been restored and converted to a resort. At this property you can certainly experience solitude and peace from the crowded, noisy and often quite chaotic mainstream beaches of Goa. There are only 7 rooms (so book early) and one in house Bar and Restaurant that serves up local and continental fare. All rooms face the sea and located atop the cliff offer fantastic views of the sea and estuary and sea breeze. Two beaches are close to the property - Redi located in Maharashtra and Querim beach located within Goa. All rooms are well appointed with en suite wardrobes , well decorated bathrooms , locker and room service. The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The restaurant food is good. If you need more food options, there are 2-3 local restaurants within a 5 mins driving distance. You can also take some of the activities like the heritage walk, or the yoga session. I would definitely recommend this place for those seeking something away from the mainstream and some peace and quiet retreat.

My visit to Fort Tiracol Heritage Hotel in November 2024 was simply outstanding. Situated within exceptionally beautiful surroundings, the site offers a beautiful mix of history and grace with peace and serenity. My hotel room "Wednesday" was very well arranged and spick and span, with breathtaking views that I will surely carry with me. The true highlight of my visit was the hospitality. A special mention needs to be made of Uttam Pokhare, whose exceptional service and perceptive guidance really elevated my experience. His love for his work and for nature can be seen in every transaction. His pride in being a Goan was truly inspiring and added the personal touch to my stay. I would also like to give a special thanks to Sucorin and Anisha, consummate professionals who did not spare efforts for the satisfaction of the guest. Their attention to guest requests, warm nature, and great effort to accommodate every demand exemplified excellence. They were always on the alert, anticipating guests' demands with a smile, thus making my stay all the more enjoyable. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel to any individual who wants an unforgettable experience in Goa. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

We stayed for a couple of nights in this beautiful heritage hotel, just to chill. The location is glorious, with fabulous views across the river and the sea towards Arambol. This historic fort has just seven rooms, all slightly different and named after the days of the week. Our room was quite large with a huge en-suite bathroom and dressing room. Befitting the ambiance, the room was furnished with period furniture: a huge four poster bed, beautiful mirrors etc., but of course with all the modern amenities and an excellent shower. The views from our room were enchanting, and we had a nice little terrace/balcony. The staff were so hospitable and amiable, nothing was too much trouble. The fort is set in a nice little compound, complete with an old Portuguese church and the lovely Tavern Restaurant and Terrace (separate review to follow). There is not a lot to do, apart from a couple of nice walks; it is a little bit remote. It was ideal for us as we just wanted to relax for a couple of days and enjoy the atmosphere. If you want to stay longer and explore the area you would need a car or at least a scooter (and keep in mind that the ferry is dependent on the tides). Ideally, I would have loved a pool. Apparently that is planned, and they want to build a modern hotel on an adjacent field. I just hope it won’t destroy the uniqueness of this charming boutique hotel.

The hotel is beautiful but very expensive for a small property to explore. Besides, since the property is secluded, it gets really silent at night as even the restaurant runs usually til the sunset. Staff is pretty friendly and cooperative but all in all, pricey for the stay. Liked being there close to nature. Of course, you have to keep fighting hard to keep away from insects. Great place for couple but sometimes too gloomy for the baby. We had the first trip with our 6 month old hence such review else it is just very beautiful.

My recent stay at Fort Tiracol Heritage Hotel in the enchanting "Wednesday" room was a truly unforgettable experience. The property itself is beautifully maintained, radiating historic charm with a perfect blend of modern organization and cleanliness. Every detail reflects the care and pride that the hotel puts into creating a comfortable, inviting, and scenic retreat. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, setting the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. A heartfelt thank you to Uttam Pokhare, whose warm personality and fantastic coordination made our stay even more enjoyable. His passion for nature and love for his Goan roots was genuinely inspiring, and he has a rare gift for making guests feel completely at home. We really valued his guidance and the genuine warmth he brought to our experience. Our gratitude also goes to SUCORIN & ANISHA, two exceptionally dedicated team members who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Their attentiveness and proactive approach added a special personal touch that we deeply appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for accommodating our last-minute requests with such grace and making us feel so welcome and valued. My family and I leave with many wonderful memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit to Fort Tiracol Heritage Hotel!

Very serene getaway. However, building needs maintenance and frequent power fluctuations remove the in-room experience. Good was very well prepared and fresh. Timely service as well.
