The hotel itself was decent, and breakfast was very rich. The only downside is that the location isn't very convenient; we mostly relied on taxis to get around. The swimming pool was under renovation during our stay, so we couldn't use it. The service attitude of the staff was generally good.

The five-star hotel's pool and gym were both under renovation. I arrived at noon and couldn't check in until past 3 PM. The mattress was too soft, making for an uncomfortable sleep. The room was very close to the road and the soundproofing was terrible. A very bad experience overall.

The room facilities are great; spacious, bright, and comfortable. The lobby is grand and stylish, and the restaurant atmosphere is excellent. Breakfast is incredibly rich with a great variety of fruits. It was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely be back again.

This is the most comfortable and clean hotel I've stayed at in Southeast Asia, and the price is reasonable too. The soundproofing is terrible! It was incredibly noisy. They apparently put a bridal suite next door, and starting at 4 AM, there was equipment being moved, set up, and people laughing and talking loudly. The wedding noise didn't stop until I checked out! The soundproofing is just awful!
