The pillow is too hard and high, making my neck uncomfortable, I can't sleep properly. The towel looks mouldy, like old and used many times, making us use our own towel. Drinking water is refilled, I don't dare to drink it.

Such noisy hotel room which located at elevator area.. Having a bad experience for staying... Kids running and shouting all the time... Terrible sound proof system of the room... Consider twice before placing your reservation!!!!

This hotel is in need of overhaul as it is rather dated and has a musty smell. The only saving grace is that the Mall Of Indonesia is just next door and there are plenty of shops around.

This hotel location is connected to mall of Indonesia. Great place to stay for those who love shopping and getting foods is definitely not a problem.

Good place if you want to spend time in MOI. The rooms are clean although old. The main door of the room I had was somewhat not sound proof as too many vents around the sides so could hear thr sounds in the corridor. But otherwise like the large shower are and with a flexible shower hear. O ly hotel I have seen with bolster, much appreciated that one

I loved the room and it is quite near with the parking lot, so easy to reach by a private car. When you go down to the ground floor, you can easy to go to mall.

Love the location, just in the same building as MOI. Our room was nice and clean. Love the bath towels, so thick and smelt clean. However we didn’t get any handtowels. As we only stay for a couple of nights, we didn’t bother.
