Spacious room with full of hotel facilities. The service was also good as we got complimentary cake and simple birthday greetings in our room despite in the hectic occupancy. The Check in time and breakfast queu took so long for almost 1 hour.

There are a lot of places to go if you stay at this hotel. My family and I were so happy and enjoyed it Breakfast was super delicious and there were so many choices to choose from. At night we can go riding with the ebike outside the hotel which was so good to explore the area of Ancol.

Overall, the hotel was average. We did not stay overnight, but the food quality was okay. Entry to the Ancol area still requires a fee, even for hotel guests

The room was clean. Located near many good cafe and restaurants. Easy to travel. The staffs also very helpful. I had a very pleasant stay there.

Facilities are good, but since there are many people who come for convention, it is really crowded and you can't even eat for breakfast.

Booked this hotel as it’s near the concert venue and we did not want to get stuck in traffic jam. About 3km walk from Jakarta eprix circuit, there’s fast food chain nearby. Hotel is abit dated , room is spacious and towel seems old. Staff are nice and breakfast was just alright. Good for a short stay if you are here for concert. need to pay entry fee to Ancol Eventho you are a guest of the hotel
