Whenever I'm in Indonesia, I always stay at this hotel primarily because it's very close to my company here, and there's a large shopping mall right downstairs. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping, plus the environment is lovely.

The room had a strong musty smell. The carpets and comforters were filthy, making it hard to breathe – I have pictures to prove it. At first, they offered to air out the room. After 4-5 calls to the front desk, they finally agreed to change rooms. Overall, a terrible experience. Not recommended!

The room has a certain smell like old hotel weird kinda smell and the bedsheet also curtains are dirty , requested to change into another room but the smell is still the same. So does the bedsheets, the towels are not clean or washed properly. Place is 30 min from CGK airport. When asking for new towel, it took them a good 30 min for it to reach in the room.

I booked this place because it was close to my client's company, and I deeply regret it. I'll never stay here again. It's incredibly old and the breakfast was terrible. If you're only looking at the price, then maybe it's an option, but if you want a comfortable stay, absolutely avoid this place. It will ruin your entire mood.

Very big space room. Request queen size bed but giving me twin sharing without inform. But the room still okay. But TV cannot function. Great breakfast and good coffee served.
