Very nice location, unit is clean. Complete amenities as described. The unit has a very nice sea view. Check in and check out processes are quick and easy. I recommend this unit to other travelers! Thanks richard and erwin!

Good place to stay for a few nights. Located in one of the richest, safest and newest neighborhoods in yakarta. To consider: it is an apartment building and many people use it to live there, so dont expect the commodities you use to have at a hotel. The check in process is not the easiest, you need to communicate via WhatsApp with the apartment owner and he will send somebody to take you to the room. This process can take some additional time. Anyway, for us it was easy and they let us have an early check in, which we greatly appreciated. Overall a good experience, would recommend.

The service apartment not operated by the ascott service apartment management, instead by individual. I got very bad treatment, by complain my communication in English. I don’t know how to communicate ih the mainland Chinese language, I got very bad treatment and very rude action “ Get out right know take all your things and leave “ I had followed the agreement check out time before 12:00 PM. They do by purpose to hold my time passed the 12:00 pm. Made the reason I break the rule and they shouted at me that not allowed to communicate in English in texting messages. As I know the application approval my reservation is in English, and I do communicate with English. And in direct conversation speaking with the native Indonesian language, the owner property doesn’t spoke properly native indonesia language instead I was got intimated by the property owner that the service apartment never have any facilities, in the contract from application trip.com I have been read all displayed facilities, the service apartment doesn’t meet to all the requirements in the application trip.com, to follow the regulations after 12:00 pm the deposit of IDR 500,000 cannot be return. Instead I was in hurry to made for my business appointment, because the damage by insulting and hold my times. All my business meeting totally canceled I have lost millions budget for my business meeting and they made me shame in whole building by get the office management to warning me and I used fake id. All the property work to listen to insulting by cheating money and my time. Whether I can claim all my business budget where to apply it? Iam very appreciate to hear the response and solutions result of my problem as soon as possible. Thank you very much for the concern.
