It was good for short stay

Being THE ONLY (so called) hotel that walking distance with Jakarta International Stadium did make them need to raise the rate when Ed Sheeran held concert in JIS. That is the only perk (& reason) to stay there. The room is not clean at all, we need to call the cleaning team again to sweep and change the bed sheet because the floor was so dusty and they even have dead cockroach on our room floor. I don't have anything else good to review here. Service level is not good enough but they're trying their best. But the parking man should learn to be more polite, he assumed us only want to park our car there for the concert even though I told him that we have booked room here. So arrogant.

For the hotel, it's nice, all the facilities are complete, the room is also big, the water is flowing, but for smokers, you have to smoke on the balcony first hehehe and the TV isn't smart yet so the TV channels are like that... And for the sheets and blankets, when you look at them neatly, when you open them, there are stains from menstruation, so they are behind the sheets, but it's still obvious that we want to cover ourselves. Parking is free as long as you ask for a stamp from the hotel. For the price of around 300 thousand, it's cheap, right on the side of the road, close to my husband's office, just cross the road, it's easy..

I've stayed here several times and the receptionists are usually friendly and straightforward. This was the first time on the 25th that I was annoyed by the receptionist. First, they said the room they gave me was exactly what I booked. IT WAS MUCH DIFFERENT. I've been told many times that I've stayed here many times and gotten the same room as the one pictured, but they still stubbornly said the room they gave me was exactly what I ordered, even though it wasn't. Second, I was too lazy to argue with someone who wasn't clear because I was tired from the long trip. When I got to my room in the next building, it was scary and quiet, but suddenly the room was still being cleaned. I don't know, I was really tired. When I went back to the receptionist to ask for a room in the first tower (not the restaurant), they suddenly said it was full, even though there was no sign of it being full from the parking lot. Please, whoever the staff or hotel management is, evaluate that receptionist, because I've stayed here quite often and have met two receptionists who are nice and not complicated. This is the first time they're stubborn and complicated. If you want to know who the person is, please check the shift schedule for the person on duty on the 25th at 10:00 PM.

The reservation was made online and it was ready... but they offered to pay in cash again... so we paid double... the receptionist wasn't very thorough when checking in the guest..... they said they hadn't checked in yet.....

The room is comfortable, the breakfast is also delicious..overall comfortable, only the cleanliness of the toilet needs to be improved..because it is slippery..afraid parents will fall🙏🏻
