Being THE ONLY (so called) hotel that walking distance with Jakarta International Stadium did make them need to raise the rate when Ed Sheeran held concert in JIS. That is the only perk (& reason) to stay there. The room is not clean at all, we need to call the cleaning team again to sweep and change the bed sheet because the floor was so dusty and they even have dead cockroach on our room floor. I don't have anything else good to review here. Service level is not good enough but they're trying their best. But the parking man should learn to be more polite, he assumed us only want to park our car there for the concert even though I told him that we have booked room here. So arrogant.

The room is comfortable, the breakfast is also delicious..overall comfortable, only the cleanliness of the toilet needs to be improved..because it is slippery..afraid parents will fall🙏🏻

The room is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. It's just that the hot water is lacking because it takes a long time for the flow to reach the room.

There are no tissues on the table, no slippers, the soap is very runny because it is mixed with water, there are no chairs/sofas, only a few TV channels, the waiter doesn't smile

The hotel is really bad, the mattresses are really dirty! It's not really worth it! It's stressful to enter this hotel
