DLUXX? More like DISGUST. The check-in procedures were a convulated mess, the so-called host just keeps directing me to a 3rd party number who is unresponsive. I required Trip.com to step in to mediate.
But my main complaints aren't even about that. Just look at the state of the room, the photos speak for themselves. Our room was Atlantic tower A36C. A condo apartment doesn't fall into this state of disrepair overnight, this is months or years of failed hygiene and maintenance:
- aircon dripping mould and water through a hole in the ceiling
- **** stains in and around the toilet
- a whole nest of dead insect bodies next to the bed. This was really horrible.
- mysterious white liquid stains all over the bedding, which smelled musty
- kitchen is in an awful state. Dirty utensils, mouldy countertop, smelly microwave
- I only drank bottled water. Looking at the room, I do not trust the in-room water filter
- Disgusting dirty fridge
It was so miserable we cut our stay short and left. This is a dishonest host who responds immediately only when collecting payment, but disappears whenever responsibility is involved. I come to Indonesia often and my stays are usually very pleasant, please avoid scammers like this one and support the genuine hosts.
