I made my payment when I booked for one night and I was charged for two nights and when the payments did not process due to that error the manager came to my room and insisted that I get out and he did not care what the problem was. I tried to show him on my bank account that it wasn’t processing because of the double charge. This meant nothing to him and he continued to call and harassed me all night long telling me to get out. This was the second time they doubled charged me only the first time they charged the $263 on both my debit and credit card causing me to not be able to pay another creditor who has now put me in default and locked me out of my storage unit until I pay them ,plus a $40 late fee that I do not have as a senior on fixed disability and now homeless. NEVER AGAIN!!! I had to do my own cleaning and maintenance, nasty place that even left the old bedding on from past customers with nasty urine stanes
