Attempted to cancel reservation twice. Was told I booked through ******* but have NO record of booking in my ******* account. Second time I attempted the owner, Jim Swearingen, told me he had no record of my reservation. I was not in his system. While on phone ******* called him and he said he’d call back, but never did. Now I have received an email thanking me for my stay. This all transpired within reservation cancel window.
