Hotel is clean and nice room . But room dining still not cooked well

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It’s a lovely, modern and very well maintained hotel. The highlight was the staff that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Service is incredible! Both the restaurants have fantastic food and again the staff at the restaurants are just lovely!

A very nice, large and well-kept room and a rich breakfast selection. We didn't use the pool or fitness area. The service was always good and courteous.

There are black marks on the sheets and pillowcases, thick dust in the corners under the table, and black unknown stains on the towels in the toilet. But it is worth mentioning that the service attitude of the service staff in all departments of the hotel is very very very very very good. In short, it would be better if the hygiene conditions could be improved.
