As usual lovely comfy beds, bath and delicious food on the meal deal. Nice welcome from reception. You can’t beat Premier Inn for value for money, especially wit(the meal deal . Always our go to choice and was a good base for our visit through the Cotswolds to London

From the moment I arrived until checking out, I felt appreciated, important and well looked after. Elle, Courtney and Alba were and are an asset to the group. I gave them an impossible task that they absolutely excelled in after I appealed to their better nature. With it being school holidays I asked if I could be away from families with children for obvious reasons. There was a lot of reorganising and shuffling things around and they managed to accommodate my request with zero fuss. I stay away every week and can say that I use Evesham P.I whenever I stay in or around Worcester. Great work team and thank you for making my stay enjoyable and stress free. Looking forward to seeing you again in the very near future.

Hotel okay, clean and tidy. No wow factor, reception staff “did there job” Restaurant busy, food okay. However, two members of staff stood out as exceptionally hard workers. From the evening until breakfast Julie and Marie outstanding in the restaurant, they are very much the reason we will return, thank you ladies.

Comfortable, spacious room, could’ve done with an armchair rather than being left either sitting on the bed or on a dining room chair to read or watch telly. Observation work going on around the hotel backed right onto my room and whilst I was out all day and it did not affect me directly I felt it would’ve been better to have been told and I could’ve made a decision Staying or asking for a different room. Staff extremely helpful everywhere is very clean and comfy. Food in the adjoining beafeater not the greatest and the lack of choice of evening meal for the price they were charging was not impressive. I had booked for two days evening meals and I only had one. My starter was overcooked and my main course was very bland. Although there are various choices on the menu when taking the meal deal, you are not left with so many choices without getting additional costs. Paying 99p for a barbecue sauce that arrived in a very nice China bowl and then I only used less than a quarter of a teaspoon of it took the biscuit in my mind. Breakfast with good great choices will cook food and stuff for lovely

We stay here at least 4 times a year and have never had any issues at all. Tammy and all her staff on Reception and also all the housekeepers are lovely, very efficient and very polite, nothing is too much trouble. We always have the same room(room 30) which is perfect for us. Would highly recommend!!!!

The room was OK The food and service very poor. Had to return starters as inedible, the food was burnt. Breakfast was a joke. Asked what time I wanted breakfast. Said 06.30 Asked if it was buffet or table service, told buffet, which slotted well withy plans to attend early morning meeting. Arrived promptly at 6.30 for breakfast, to be told it was table service. My order was still not taken at 06.50. Had to leave without breakfast, even though it was paid in advance. Terrible service.
