Bad experience with this hotel! not good insulation in the room, we got a room facing the highway and a ice machine by the hallway. Gaps are around the door. We can hear people talking and loud ice falling. We can’t get much sleep in the first night. The front desk wouldn’t let us switch to different rooms due to missed room cleaning time. They only clean the room after check out in the morning. We have been to another hotel in the area before, no noise issues. Also the bed sheets were scratches due to washed to many times. Not going to stay here next time!

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Boston, and it was an overall satisfactory stay with great swimming pool facilities. Breakfast was ordered and eaten in the dining room, and it was nice to be able to eat hot food cooked on the spot.

We have stayed at Courtyard by Marriott in VA, which was very nice. The reason we chose this property was for convenience of having a restauarant and food available, especially breakfast. After a long drive to Norwich CT, half of the choices on the menu were n/a. Breakfast consisted of nothing more than muffins and bagels and oatmeal. Also we had to change our first room as there was a very musty odor, which was still evident in the second room but not as prominent. All of the staff were very pleasant. We would not choose this hotel again.

The room was large and comfortable, but we found an old an old earring/when I was checking in there was a man there standing at the desk/being invasive of space. Otherwise it was a good stay and the bed was comfortable.

Staff was great! Shower didn’t have soap but a body wash blotted to the walls lol ! I was told there was no wifi when calling front desk in the evening trying to work.

Easy check-in/out. Comfortable room, spacious and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I could hear a lot of hallway noise, but beyond that, I would certainly stay again.
