OYO Elm Farm Country House, Norwich Airport

Contact free check in was good, shame there isn't a reduction in price as breakfast is no longer offered (understandably). Room has everything you need, have stayed before and would happily stay again.
Holiday Inn Norwich - North

We were delighted with this hotel. Parking with my blue badge was easy and close to reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the layout and spaciousness of our room.Decor is good, and we had very pleasant meals in the conservatory. We are light eaters and found what we wanted by using the illustrated tablets provided by the staff. We did have a problem, though. As I was pleased with the service for the evening meals I left a tip each time and it was only after I checked the bill at home that I found gratuities had been added. We were not advised of this and saw no advice of it on the tablet menus. A shame - until then we were very happy. It doesn't stop us going again but we shall leave no tips!
Mercure Norwich Hotel

Despite some reviews mentioning the hotel's dated appearance, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this establishment. The cleanliness throughout the premises was impeccable, contributing to a comfortable experience. We appreciated the consistent and comfortable room temperature, as well as the reliable hot water supply with good pressure. The breakfast and food options exceeded our expectations, offering a plentiful selection that was both hot and tasty. There was even porridge on request. The staff were notably friendly and attentive, enhancing our overall satisfaction with the stay. Overall, our experience at this hotel was delightful, and we would certainly consider returning in the future.

I often use Premier Inn hotels, but the 3 night stay I've just had stay at Norwich Duke Street didn't come up to my expectations. Our room was far too warm, even with the window open and the provided pedestal fan running constantly. I mentioned this to the chap in reception when checking out this morning and I was told that this is known problem with the building which customers frequently complain about, even in the winter. He went on to say that the they put portable air conditioners in the premier plus rooms and suggested that next time I book one of these. I don't think this is an acceptable answer. Why should I have to pay extra to be comfortable when there is a known issue with the temperature of the rooms?
Travelodge Norwich Central Riverside

This was my second stay here, room 318 again. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom a little on the small side in comparison but good powerful shower. It’s quiet and 5 mins from the town centre. Breakfast had all the usual choices but great coffee and very tasty scrambled eggs. Staff all very helpful and friendly.
Arrandale Lodge

We booked here to attend our daughter's graduation at UEA. Me, my husband and our son stayed in the blue room and it was beautiful. The room was huge with a massive four poster bed, a single bed and a sofa. The beds were incredibly comfy and the owners were very accommodating in providing non feather bedding. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided in the bathroom. A good selection of tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolate were supplied along with bottles of water and a mini fridge. We were also given a jug of fresh milk on arrival. As our daughter has decided to remain in Norwich, we will most definitely be returning each time we visit. Due to the current food price hikes, the breakfast is now continental but the choice was more than enough: pastries, yoghurts, fruit, cereals and freshly cooked toast.
