Nice hotel. Clean. Nice staff

For the price and location it wasn't a bad stay. However it could have been better. Both elevators need adjustment and the shower in my room trickled out, no water pressure at all.

Convenient location. Wish there was an easier way to get to Gillette for events aside from Uber or Lyft. The hotel could make a pretty penny on offering shuttle services. The hotel itself is relatively clean. I did see some mold spots in the shower, but sleeping areas and sink/toilet are clean. The staff was not super welcoming and did not offer great suggestions when prompted. But to their credit, had a steady queue of guests checking in at the same time.

Comfy bed but room needed more cleaning My room was comfy but not properly clean. The night table had food stains, there was rubbish left on the floor behind the ottoman and hair (not mine) on the shower wall.

Good place to stayed Very good place to stay, has breakfast in the morning 6 to 10am, friendly people, very quiet to stayed. The front deck are very nice and friendly.. we definitely going back in the future..thank you!!

Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, breakfast was empty at 8am after a group of schools consumed everything and not replenished until likely after I had to leave for work. Coffee was empty. Booked months in advance for a work trip and still got put in a noisy room by the elevators with a broken heat system. I did get to change rooms after asking kindly however I called the front desk 6 times to no answer, went down to the lobby to do it in person, not a single customer the front desk staff was just sitting across from the desk charging a phone and clearly ignoring the phone calls, I will be travelling to the region often for work and will not be staying here again due to the combination of factors that made the experience less than mediocre. If all the services were available the price would be worth it but unfortunately did not get even my included morning coffee from the lobby that takes a simple check and refill. Unimpressed.
