Stayed here before the final leg of the Carmelite route to Fatima. We made extremely welcome and were given one of the cottages to stay in. This was very comfortable, beautifully clean and furnished to a very high standard. We had our own patio area with seating and sun shade although there was also access to a common area with patio and also pool table, table tennis and honesty bar. The outdoor swimming pool is a good size and well maintained. The owner very generously drove us into town to a restaurant in the evening and also picked us up agsin after we had eaten. The interior of the main house is also spectacular and the breakfast generous. We were well recuperated and ready for our final walk of 19km to Fatima after one night's stay but would have loved to have stayed longer.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, historic property. My room in the main house was clean, spacious, very comfortable, and full of character. The breakfast was excellent, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. I would definitely like to stay here again if visiting the area.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Nuno had great recommendations for places to visit and dining options in the area. The grounds at the property were beautiful and one could spend plenty of time enjoying the facility and the amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the honesty bar was nice. The room was spacious and well supplied and the staff was attentive.
