We have been there in August with two children and the experience was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is very relaxing and services are perfectly managed, beautiful beach on the front and spectacular sunset over the sea every evening. The hotel is very nice: well-kept and clean facilities - well-organised services, including excursions run by an external but well-coordinated company. The location is well connected to all best places on the isle. The staff is very nice, friendly and always helpful. The restaurant is fantastic, good choice and variety of food; delicious ingredients and always well cooked. Absolutely recommended!

The hotel is ok but the sea in front of it is terrible it’s impossible to awim and the cour is dirty brown too pity otherwise the hotel is good the rooms are big nice and clean and the yard arroundnis also very nice I would prefer a bigger pool because the one they have is small for all these rooms especially in a hotel with no proper sea to get in

I had a fabulous experience during my week staying at this lovely hotel. Its clean, comfortable with attractive and well maintained decor and gardens. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is really tasty and well presented with plenty of choice. A good selection for breakfast and an excellent cocktail menu. Situated on a lovely beach with warm water to swim in, or there's the pool if you prefer that. Highly recommended!

Been there for 6 days with friends - around 15 pax. Check in was fine, we got a nice room, our fiends got a very shabby room in an older part of hotel. Took them 3 days to change to better room although hotel was almost empty of guests. Territory if fine, clean. Rooms are clean but serious problems with power, often switching off. Bar is good with very helpful guys working it Most disappointing is the food issue. Breakfast was one of the worst experiences i ever had travelling. They claim to be 4 star, but it was more like 1 star. no choices of cold cuts, cheese. Just fried eggs and omelet. Lunch and dinner limited to time and very very slow... main excuse given - we have only one chef now...

Positive points: professional, pleasant and smiling team. The chef is great and we had a great time every evening! The massages are great (toning, silhouette, scrub) done by professional masseuses. Negative points: the rooms are well equipped (bathrobe, slippers, kettle) but too small and no coffee pods (not acceptable for a 4 *), only tea. The prices of the massages are high. Good stay overall!

The downsides: aging hotel "Luxury" room that is only luxurious on the surface. Non-existent decor, dilapidated bathroom with a trickle of stagnant water and an ultra-noisy fan in the toilets as a VMC. Moldy curtains, completely opaque bay window glazing that does not close... The little extra and without warning us, the view of a huge construction site! The owner struts around the whole hotel yelling at her staff in front of the customers!! We understand that no one is smiling. Maybe she should review the basics of effective management that involves training... and not contempt. The colonization is over... On the positive side, the bar is very nice with its feet in the sand and the food at dinner is decent. Average breakfast.

The experience with the management was terrible. They are rude people in general and the peak was reached due to a problem related to a blackout. Our chargers were burned by an incorrect maneuver. Despite the declared responsibility of the hotel, no one listened to us or tried to help us for a week. For a diver to be left without a charger is a big problem. On the last day only with great insistence we spoke with a manager who was not very transparent and at times really rude. Very negative experience. Politeness should be an essential element in the relationship with others and here it was definitely missing.

Wonderful stay in Nosy Be in a heavenly setting. We were with our 2 3-year-old twins who loved the activities, especially the excursions and especially the swimming pool, without forgetting the good food served at the restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and has always been very attentive. My only regret is not having come across whale sharks during our sea trips. It will be for next time. To do again without hesitation.
