Crowne Plaza NOTTINGHAM by IHG

Very loud neighbourhood with constant outside noise. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear people talking in the next room. The heating system was broken, so we were given two small plug-in radiators that kept overheating the room, then switching off and making it cold again. Sleep was horrible. The spa is very small, with no space in the sauna and the pool crowded with kids. We paid £177 for one night on the top floor with lounge access, but the lounge had no snacks—only soft drinks (drink selection was okay). Overall, poor value for the price.

Very friendly reception helped me to check-in early and nice hot chocolate and biscuits in the room.

Superb in almost every way. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was spotless. Staff were friendly. Only minor complaint: the walls were a little thin. Could hear the neighbours a little too well! Beyond that, no complaints at all. Will stay again.

Place is tidy but rooms are very small .. just enough to manoover .. the view is terrible pipes and roofs .. and when you stay there they charge you extra for parking £20 for a day ….

Decent option in Nottingham city center. Good but overpriced breakfast buffet; food in the restaurant in the evening was fine but nothing to write home about. Beds were soft and comfortable.

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Plumbing issues in the bathroom due to low maintenance- no silence on tap, loose shower door, poor flush. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and freshly cooked
