We were welcomed with a treat being our wedding anniversary. The facilities in the hotel are good and there is on site parking for just £5 a day. The breakfast menu is great and offers anything you would like to have at breakfast. A gym is available and a bar too. The staff are friendly and prompt. I Highly recommend.

The hotel was lovely, The staff were very polite. The cleanliness was spot on. The breakfast is highly recommended. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. Their executive suite had a beautiful bath and shower with all towels and other supplies that are needed for your stay including Iron and hair dryer and if you have forgot anything for example a toothbrush they will supply you with these items with there compliments. There is tea and coffee also a ground fresh coffee maker and a mini bar in the room that came with 2 bottles of water and a chocolate bar.The hotel has a gym which you can use between certain hours. You can hire rooms there for meetings and other events. If you are staying as a family my only advice is to ring ahead and make sure that there is a bed for your child because I booked for 3 of us and we did have to share a bed luckily it was us 3 girls myself, my daughter and my niece. The bed was very big so it was suitable it does state on trip they recomend to ring and check if you are unsure so you can get the best out of your stay.

Don't know why the hotel or Trip has used the photo of a castle as the front page advert. The castle is not even close by. On the other hand, the Trip advert as well as the booking verification have given the dimension of a 3 m wide king size bed, which is another faw. I was educated by the staff what really was a uk king size bed, 5 feet wide! In the toilet, exhausted fan didn't work, low pressure shower with super slow drainage, had to stop midway to avoid flooding. TV in the room showed no picture despite calling for service. Paying extra for a buffet breakfast, which was served in a small room with very ordinary food. Much regret on paying more on the brand. Should have gone for cheaper stay nearby.

Generally enjoyed our stay. Nice food and great breakfast and dinner service.
The reception staff couldn’t help with scanning an urgent document, which was strange.
Other than that, everything was great. Room was cleaned properly daily.
Thanks for the free kids dinner as well. 👍🏻

Was a really nice hotel and just what I needed for the weekend in Nottingham. Rooms were big and clean and the pub on site was nice. Beds were comfortable.
