The facilities are old and don't meet the standards of this star rating. The hygiene is questionable. When I first moved in, there was a fishy odor, and the bathroom smelled like feces. The safe didn't work properly and must be an extremely old model.

The air conditioner was broken. The weather was over 20 degrees and it could only blow hot air. I had to sleep with the window open all night.
