Chalé muito limpo e confortável. Linda decoração, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, lareira. Espaço verde muito bem cuidado. Paisagismo impecável. Ótimo espaço para crianças e pets. Atendimento de excelência. Equipe muito bem treinada.

Nos últimos cinco anos me hospedei em mais de 130 hotéis, de 3, 4 e 5 estrelas. O Parador Lumiar é top 20. Excelente infra estrutura. Boas instalações. Café da manhã excelente. Joga contra o hotel o preço da carta de vinhos, com alguns rótulos custando mais de oito vezes o preço do distribuir. Outro ponto negativo são os preços aplicados ao cardápio. Quem os fez não tem noção do custo dos ingredientes ou do tempo de preparo. Alguns pratos tem preço adequado, enquanto outros estão fora da realidade.

Fui muito bem atendido por todos, em especial pelo Dico, que é uma simpatia e prestativo demais. Esse é o terceiro ano que passamos o carnaval aqui com nossos pets e não sei dizer quem gosta mais! Notamos algumas mudanças na direção, e achamos que os preços ficaram um pouco elevados das refeições, que são muito saborosas. Fora isso, tudo perfeito, até o clima ajudou!

A pousada é incrível. Ficamos no chalé 04 com ofurô, a qualidade do chalé é muito boa, móveis novos, cama excelente, banheiro muito bom, espelhos, iluminação e wi-fi incríveis ( fiz aulas ao vivo todas as noites que estivemos lá sem nenhuma oscilação no sinal) . A vista do chalé é linda, vimos a lua cheia surgir atrás do morro e foi uma paisagem inesquecível. O café da manhã é excelente, o restaurante tem refeições e sanduíches saborosos, trilhas, piscina, sauna, rio, tudo pertinho pra conhecer. Um lugar para descansar e relaxar. Fica a uns 4km do centrinho de Lumiar e a estrada para chegar lá não é ruim. Mas o que realmente surpreendeu foi o atendimento de todos na pousada, pessoas simpáticas, gentis, empáticas e prestativas. Fomos comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento lá e eles nos receberam com todo cuidado, mimos e carinho. Com certeza recomendamos e certamente voltaremos

Uma experiência inigualável! O hotel é incrível, com uma equipe extremamente atenciosa e gentil, especialmente o Dico, Lucas e Cadu. As instalações estão impecáveis, das áreas comuns ao chalé que ocupamos. O restaurante é um capítulo à parte, pois o café da manhã foi primoroso, assim como o jantar e o almoço. O único ponto negativo é o acesso, pois o trajeto de aproximadamente 1km em estrada de terra é bem esburacado... em dias de chuva, deve ser ainda mais complicado. No entanto, a estadia foi tão agradável, que isso se tornou um pequeno detalhe.

O Parador é um lugar excepcional! Tudo cuidado nos mínimos detalhes, cada planta do jardim, a arrumação dos quartos. Em termos de infra, a piscina aquecida, as saunas, a cachoeira, tudo muito especial. E não poderia deixar de elogiar comida, simplesmente fenomenal! O chef Isaías tem mto talento e sabe misturar sofisticação com simplicidade, além de caprichar na apresentação. Só temos elogios ao lugar. O staff é muito educado e solícito A Serena responde muito rápido pelo whatsapp e me ajudarou a fazer uma supresa de aniversario bem legal! Voltaremos com certeza.
