Fui destratado com muita falta de educação por um dos manobristas do hotel, pedi tranquilo uma informacao para ele chamando ele de Amigo, mas mesmo asssim antes de me responder ele disse na frente de todo mundo na recepcao com uma forte intonação: ” Primeiramente bom dia!!!”...fiquei inconformado pois a forma com que ele respondeu foi como se eu tivesse feito falta de educacao com ele...passou tanta coisa na minha cabeça mas a educação que eu recebi em casa me fez ficar em paz e ainda pedi desculpas ao rapaz caso eu o tenha ofendido porque não usei as palavras bom dia para ele...bom de todo jeito eu solicitei que ele nao manobrasse meu carro que paguei suados 370 mil por ele. Elevador sempre travado e nunca vai no 16 andar...as pessoas que trabalham no hotem nao estao nem aí para o cliente, a impressao que tive é que eu hospedar.lá era um favor para o hotel, pésssimo!!! Outra coisa, levei meu pet e na hora me exigiram cartao de vacina.dele...sorte que eu levei pq no app Hotels.com nao avisa em lugar.nenhum que precisa de cartao de vacina, sugiro que revejam estas informações, agente mal chega e já gera carga de stress.

Excellent cost/benefit, good location, tired breakfast, comfortable room and bathroom, excellent service, especially Jeny. They indicated the transport service of Wilter Pereira Santos, Differencial company, to visit historic cities, city tour, airport translation and shopping . In addition to comfortable and safe cars, the service is excellent and attentive and full of tourist information. All under measure. Super recommendation. It also provides services for those who need to make shopping in the wholesale.

Excellent service, excellent location, very comfortable bedroom and beautiful view of the city. This very complete breakfast and the swimming pool in these hot days was essential. Surely one of the best hotels I've ever been.

I stayed at this hotel and liked the rooms. They provide everything one might need: a small kitchen, wifi, and even a laundry room in the basement. What particularly stood out to me was the staff's availability and hospitality. They are truly attentive. A good hotel choice for those seeking comfort and convenience.

It was a shock for my boyfriend , so Brenda's sympathy won me soon and even helped me in the process (doesn't have a price to pay to be welcomed like that) in a world full of prejudices. When he arrived in the room , a wall that divides room in the room , and allows TV to turn , i.e. during the evening TV in the room , and rain falls in the night , asked for bed and a good film . The bathroom was sensational , had sabón and shampoo the will , a wonderful shower . What I like most in hotels are breakfast , I have photo collections kkkk , I can say I surprised with the fruit table, out of the food options , so much that this time I could not prove everything kkkk , so much that they were the options . Comfort , location , easy to go and come , and service 10/10 . If I want to come back more times? Yes or clearly .

My stay at the Mecure was great. The rooms are of great quality clean. Great bed. I had an extended stay and was offered a great room, good views with a separate little living area and balcony. The breakfast at the Coffee Shop Experience great as well. Spread is good including regional food. Thank you Yessica, Kaylane, Vivian, Daniela, Daniele and Michael. Excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel and safe to walk around.

I stayed at Max Savassi in the night of the reveillon and the next days. The hotel is wonderful as always. Perfect service, from the booking to the check out. I took my dog with me, was super well received, little bureaucracy and simple as it should be. Even in the night of reveillon we were super well-served (government and reception) and we asked for a lunch at the restaurant that was also divine and at a great price. The hotel is clearly following safety protocols for COVID and everything was perfectly hygienic and sterilized in the room, breakfast and reception. I would like to emphasise the brilliant and differential care of Keila in the reservation and during my hosting.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.
