"Looks great on website but a close inspection shows a bit of tender loving care is needed. Situated in a nice residential area next to a supermarket. The staff were very good and could not do enough for us. The room although spacious with a large bed was a bit tired looking. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room although there were vending machines on the ground floor Breakfast was good with a large selection of food. On the web it indicates a restaurant but this was not open at all! In addition there was also no bar!"

"Very bad. Dirty, actually, very dirty! Dilapidated. Only the people who work there are saved who, in that context of degradation, are kind and prepared. Unpresentable corridors, dirt everywhere. Room and bathroom with curtains, furnishings, walls, very degraded objects and above all with obvious dirt. Having no way to change hotels, I was forced to go and buy some disinfectant products which I scattered everywhere."

"Tornielli? Nine, nine, nine! The only positive about this dire hotel is its location, a few minutes walk from the Centro Storico. That’s it. Everything else is abysmal. My single room was poky and I had a ‘wonderful’ view overlooking machinery and air-conditioning units. At least it was clean! Breakfast was terrible - watered down orange juice and cheap produce. And that’s the one word that springs to mind when now reviewing Hotel Tornielli 9 - CHEAP!"
