客房空間很寬敝，客廳也寬敝明亮，還有小廚房，洗手間里還有洗衣機，感覺有點點意外驚喜；由貝爾格萊德玩过來，這边的早餐就顯得比較簡陋了，但是有熱牛奶、溫熱的烚雞蛋，也不錯了；酒店在新區，附近能找吃東西的地方不多，簡單一點的就只有酒店M层的西餐廳了，如果要去老城區，還是要另外坐車下去。

此行房型最棒的酒店🏨，沒有之一！三卧室一廳兩衞，適合3家人一起入住！距離市中心十幾分鍾車程，房間很大，設施齊全！從窗户看出去的景色宜人，有一間房窗景更贊，可惜衹在薩拉熱窩入住一晚，沒有深度體驗！服務非常好，有問必答，按金退房即歸還！酒店地下停車場停車費10歐，到了夜間需要走另外的門，費勁找半天！其實周邊不遠處就有免費停車，當然對於遊客來説必須花錢！另外酒店早餐選擇太少，這麼高級的酒店沒有泳池，房間洗衣機沒有配洗衣液或者洗衣凝珠！瑕不掩瑜，整體而言是不錯的酒店！

酒店套房非常大大大大大！定的時候沒仔細看，入住發現是兩室兩衞一廳一廚，餐具和炊具齊全，門口就是103路公交站，雖然距離老城不近，但是入住體驗非常好，非常適合家庭出行！

الفندق جيد وأثاثه معقول جدا خدمة النظافة جيدة تعامل الاستقبال يختلف من شخص لآخر وفي الجملة جيد هناك مديرة بالاستقبال تعاملها غير جيد متجهمة .. أخذوا علينا سرير إضافي بقيمة 40يورو لليلة لم نستخدمه لأنه غير صالح للاستخدام ..
