Friendly staff, gave good recommendations for Sarajevo (great cafe with beautiful view, places to shop, eateries). Nice room & bed. Location not bad as there is a nearby bus stop into the old town, which takes ~20mins. If you're coming from the airport or bus/train station, it's best to get a taxi.

Hotel Grad in Sarajevo is a nice little place. Quiet, clean, friendly service. It was even better than we had expected for this price. I recommend Hotel Grad!

不推薦這個酒店。這個酒店在市區外圍，距離核心旅遊區域6.5公里。如果在國內這不算什麼，但在歐洲，從酒店開車去景點很不好停車，且不方便繳納停車費（主要是不熟悉）。薩拉熱窩旅遊區本身很小，主要旅遊區域長度在1公里左右範圍內。強烈建議住在市內（定位永恆之火），然後步行逛街。即使酒店沒有免費停車位，繳納停車費可以求助酒店工作人員，步行逛街，和市區外圍開車過來，感受是兩碼事。

On the first night we checked in... i found ants crawling in the room. I asked the hotel staff at reception for a different room and we were told the hotel is fully booked and they could not move us in to a different room. They offered an alternative solution which was to check out from the hotel room and the time was 12am when they told me this and they told me to find a new hotel. The breakfast was terrible not enough selection and the parking is also a headache as there are not enough spaces to accommodate for cars.
