DoubleTree by Hilton Detroit Novi Reviews

Nice room but the service of front desk staff is poor.

Room was clean and comfortable, and of fair value with the current market. The only drawback was Sunday morning approx. 8AM, the fire alarm went off and continued for better than 30 mins. Given everyone was outside in the parking lot, i was not able to checkout at the desk nor get any coffee for my travels.

Great location close to multiple restaurants and shops. Room was very clean and staff was very helpful and considerate. Would happily stay again if travel to area again required.

Very spacious and clean

My room facing lake side，hotel location quite good，鄰近有幾個大型shipping mall

Overall, it's good. But the sound of the AC is kind of loud, maybe they should take a look.

I liked everything: the food was delicious, the service, the staff. Thank you very much.

Very good, a very convenient hotel in Detroit Motor City, the breakfast is also good, the service staff is warm and generous, the room hygiene is quite good every day, and there are plenty of parking spaces

It's quite clean, but it's much older than hotels in China, but there's nothing we can do about it

It is the same standard as the DoubleTree brand. It is very close to the business location and it is very convenient to arrange meals in this area. It is a little far from downtown Detroit, but it is convenient if you have a car.

The hotel is located in the corner of a shopping mall, safe and quiet. The rooms are large but slightly old, and the overall price/performance ratio is good.

The hotel has good hardware conditions, convenient location and is clean. There are many places to eat nearby.

Facilities: The room does not have a kettle or bottled water.

The room was clean and tidy
