We are traveling to EXIT festival. Great location, city centre is around the corner. Big and clean rooms. Hotel has few car parking space and if you traveling by car just ask for parking lot at reception. It cost €9 per day. Petrovardin fortress is in 15 walk across the bridge

After reading previous reviews, we were hesitant to stay here but had already booked in March. Upon arrival we were met with a friendly lady who gave us a map of the area, showed us our room no 210. We had requested for a big room so were given a family room. It was huge, with a sofa, an arm chair, small desk and chair, cupboard with shelves and hangers. Bathroom was good size too. Looked new. Window was big and high so couldn't open. We had no noise disturbing us so was quiet.But AC was great. We had breakfast in their cafe below and was good. Choice of a few items with orange juice and coffee. Location of Kombinat rooms was awesome. Just a minute into the church square in old town. .

The property has a reception like an hotel and it is located next to a main road close to the main square. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included. We just went to the restaurant from the same owner downstairs and selected one of the menu options. The food was alright but not spectacular. Overall we would stay here again.

All is good,l and very big rooms, but only few dishes for breakfast

Rooms are small, but clean. Location is just great, everything is near, available by foot.

The hotel looks remodeled. It is very modern with a lot of modern conveniences. Comfortable bed and good Aircon. Very walkable to the city center and to the fortress from that location. They will give you a free voucher for breakfast and vouchers for 10% off of any other meals you buy from their restaurant around the corner. However, you do have to present the voucher to the waiter before they take your order. I made the mistake the first night by not giving the waiter my voucher for dinner, and when I presented it to him after when I got the bill, he would not accept it. He asked his manager the manager declined the voucher. Their excuse was they had already rang it up in the system and they couldn’t re-ring it. I find that hard to believe but it is what it is so I paid full price. 

Good location. It was very noisy the first night but the staff acted well upon it. The breakfast is a bit limited. It's not a buffet as mentioned in the listed overview, but choice from options in a cafe

This hotel cannot be considered a 4-diamond hotel at all. The first thing that comes into view is the super mini front desk, which makes people wonder if this is a hotel or a guest house. If it is a hotel, it should not be decorated like this. The front desk that looks like a cell window needs to be backed by a long The stairs are connected, and everyone climbed up with heavy luggage; secondly, the pictures on Ctrip's website are completely different from the photos of the superior rooms actually stayed in the hotel; overall, it feels like being deceived online; the pictures are very misleading, but in reality Check-in is completely different; the room area does not meet the online requirements, the window is a skylight, and it is a room converted from the basement; there is a very outrageous difference between the two; if it were not for the misleading pictures, such an accommodation environment would never be considered; after communicating with Ctrip , so far: the hotel does not admit that it has problems, and Ctrip does not admit that it has problems during the review process; the entire check-in to check-out has not been properly resolved, which is very disappointing.

Now let's come to the real comment. Let's make a real comment about the hotel here. First of all, the hotel doesn't have a parking lot, they say there is a parking lot on the street, but there is no way to find a place there. They direct you to a closed parking lot 400 meters away, but there is an exorbitant price there, I stayed for 12 hours, they charged 12.00 dinars, which is 400 TL. If I had stayed for 48 hours, we would have paid 1600 TL for parking for 2 days. The hotel doesn't have a lobby. Don't look for a lobby where you can sit. The reception is a tiny glass room, the room is mostly closed. If you need something, you can't meet it. The rooms are new and clean, but the rooms are so narrow, it's unbelievable. As if being narrow wasn't enough, there is a huge column in the middle of the room, there is no proper space to move, there is a tiny, thin, long window and there is incredible noise from the outside. There is no proper breakfast in the hotel. You can't get whatever you want from the buffet. They give you a list and you choose a sandwich or omelet from that list. You have the chance to choose from both. I have visited so many places and stayed in so many places, this is the first time I have seen such an application, as you can understand, breakfast is a disappointment. Can you make breakfast with a sandwich? We chose the wrong sandwich and wanted to change it, it was not possible to change it. The sullen waitress said so. As you can understand, do not be fooled by misleading comments, this comment is a real comment. Also, although we had a reservation for 2 days, they said we would not stay the second day, we are still waiting for a refund. A complete disappointment hotel. There are no slippers in the room, there is no shampoo or body shampoo variety, they only put one type of open shampoo

The hotel is in a very good location, right in the city center, you can walk everywhere, the hotel is very clean, and the parking fee is about 68RMB per day.
