The hotel looks remodeled. It is very modern with a lot of modern conveniences. Comfortable bed and good Aircon. Very walkable to the city center and to the fortress from that location. They will give you a free voucher for breakfast and vouchers for 10% off of any other meals you buy from their restaurant around the corner. However, you do have to present the voucher to the waiter before they take your order. I made the mistake the first night by not giving the waiter my voucher for dinner, and when I presented it to him after when I got the bill, he would not accept it. He asked his manager the manager declined the voucher. Their excuse was they had already rang it up in the system and they couldn’t re-ring it. I find that hard to believe but it is what it is so I paid full price.

Excellent hotel right at city centre. Awesome breakfast . Clean rooms. However does-not provide you in room amenities like lotion, shampoo etc. 2 water bottles provided only once during checkin.

This hotel cannot be considered a 4-diamond hotel at all. The first thing that comes into view is the super mini front desk, which makes people wonder if this is a hotel or a guest house. If I had stayed for 48 hours, we would have paid 1600 TL for parking for 2 days. The hotel doesn't have a lobby. Don't look for a lobby where you can sit. The reception is a tiny glass room, the room is mostly closed. If you need something, you can't meet it. The rooms are new and clean, but the rooms are so narrow, it's unbelievable. As if being narrow wasn't enough, there is a huge column in the middle of the room, there is no proper space to move, there is a tiny, thin, long window and there is incredible noise from the outside. There is no proper breakfast in the hotel. You can't get whatever you want from the buffet. They give you a list and you choose a sandwich or omelet from that list. You have the chance to choose from both. I have visited so many places and stayed in so many places, this is the first time I have seen such an application, as you can understand, breakfast is a disappointment. Can you make breakfast with a sandwich? We chose the wrong sandwich and wanted to change it, it was not possible to change it. The sullen waitress said so. As you can understand, do not be fooled by misleading comments, this comment is a real comment. Also, although we had a reservation for 2 days, they said we would not stay the second day, we are still waiting for a refund. A complete disappointment hotel. A very convenient hotel. Freedom Square is just over 100 meters away. The restaurant downstairs provides breakfast. It tastes good and the portions are generous. The handsome guy's service is very good. And there are many high-quality restaurants around. No one told me that the water was cut off on the first night, and the front desk was closed at night, which was a bit strange, but everything else was fine.

This hotel can be said to be the most satisfying hotel of this trip.
