Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Service shocking , cleanliness issues , does not enforce smoking guidance especially in restaurant . Management amateur - definitely not even 2 star. Food cold and they put hot food on top of cold. Inadequate number of public area toilets which led to lack of cleanliness . Rooms were not even as good as a travel lodge !

Very nice hotel near the sea side with large green park. The personal is very kind and the food is good. Very clean in all area of hotel. For me the best experience is sauna with view of the park. The infinity pool is great. This is a hotel in which you return. I have very nice experience.

We travel to Croatia for the last 10 years and decided to try this hotel chain and we are sorry we did. As someone who owns hotel, I can say level of management is alarming borderline chaos. You have people that have no clue what is done, what needs to be done . Room? Luxury hotel? In Germany this hotel wouldn’t even get 2 stars. Disappointed. Don’t recommend.

The room was a bit small but perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, plenty of different options. All the employees were helpful, polite, friendly and very tidy, in the restaurant and also at the reception. We lover everything.

Fantastic hotel set in a great spot. Great rooms, comfy beds and kept very clean. Very good food to suit all tastes and freshly cooked . Plenty of room in the restaurant for it never to feel packed and has a goid atmosphere. The hotel has lovely grounds ans is a short walk to a supermarket and to the town via a mice promenade along the seafront.

The hotel is situated very close to a nice pebble beach. The hotel area is big and very well maintained. Rooms are modern but rather small, very little place for luggage. Reception staff friendly and helpful ( except one lady) . Big variety of food and very delicious. Big and convenient bike room with power sockets for e-bike loading. To sum up, the hotel is absolutely worth to spend vacation!

The experience we have had of this hotel is fantastic. Every day we have arrived at the beach between 9.40 and 16.30 and there have been plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Yes it gets busy but there are always chairs available. The beach is lovely and well looked after and sea area is very relaxing. Swimming in the sea is very cool. The rooms are ample in size and there is plenty of room under the beds for suitcases . The cleaners are brilliant and work so hard all day to keep the rooms spotless The food is amazing. The choice is huge.....I cannot even think of anything they don't serve for breakfast and it never seems to run out. The choice at dinner is vast and always a huge range of fish meat pasta rice and potato dishes with really fresh varied salads. Huge amount of desserts ...and brilliant for hungry teenagers! Bands play every night but away from the hotel means it isn't ever too noisy. Quieter acoustic acts are always in the bar if you prefer. The staff work incredibly hard ..they never stop ! Cannot fault the hotel ..... A fantastic holiday. Would definitely recommend.
