Nice people .. nice room … nice City .. i love the room big clean !!

There were 6 of us and we booked 3 rooms. They only gave us one room. We found a key at the front desk and there were only two rooms. When we entered, the quilts inside were all used by others and there were paper towels everywhere on the floor. Yes, it's too bad. Now we ask them to refund the cost of the room we didn't stay in, but they won't refund it. It's too deceptive, the environment is bad, and the hotel's phone number can never be reached.
