В номере не работают розетки, нельзя было зарядить телефоны, нет фена - пришлось просить, хотя фен априори должен быть в номере, нет даже одного пакетика чая - снова пришлось просить, и это было всё с недовольством, как будто мы бесплатно тут пожить пришли. Нам сделали замечание, что мы пользовались полотенцами, они просто для красоты в номере!!!!
Нам задержали самолёт, мы полчаса посидели на диванчике, тут же с недовольством нас прогнали.
Женщина, которая работала 5 июля до вечера, вежливая и гостеприимная, а вечером 5 июля пришла тётя, которая всем недовольная и злая, ей крайне не рекомендуется работать с клиентами!!! Испортила всё настроение и мнение о гостинице!
