For the second year in a row we hold our forum at the Novorossiysk Hotel because customer orientation is at the highest level. We arrived for 3 days, a group of 40 people. From the first call to the hotel to the loading on the bus for departure, the staff of the hotel was done just wonderfully. I would like to say the group manager - Margaret. It was she who accompanied us all these 2 years. Super-responsible specialist, always on communication, always explains if something is unclear. Know all the details of the event and offer better options for resolving our requests. Things we might not think about - for us thought and offered Margarita. While I was busy at the business part of the event, Margarita herself contacted and met the presenter for dinner, the music group and accompanied them, helped solve their issues. At the gala dinner we were accompanied by the banquet manager Artem. Very sensitive and detail-thought specialist. All the staff at the dinner service was super-looking to the guests, the work was clear and delicate. I didn't have to control anything as an organizer because it was not necessary. Thank you so much for that! By the day of departure, Daria's sales manager. The girl responded quickly to my requests to help remove all our materials from the hotel. The lunch boxes were prepared by the appointed time, staff also helped us to load everything into the bus. We are madly grateful to the hotel staff for their empathy, sensitivity, understanding and best energy, thanks to which we want to return to this place!
