Rooms are comfortable but the bathroom could do with refurbishing and more attention paid to cleaning. Car park spaces are quite narrow.

This was the worst hotel experience of my trip. Located in the remote area of Nowra, it was more expensive than hotels in Sydney. The room was tiny, and the bathroom was so small you couldn't even turn around. Both cleanliness and service were terrible. It offered extremely poor value for money and a terrible overall experience. I do not recommend this hotel; avoid it at all costs!

The hotel blankets were dirty, with footprints on the side that looked like they had been stepped on accidentally. The bathroom was tiny; you couldn't bend down because you'd bump into the wall. It was strange that the bathroom was as small as those in Japan. The sink was also tiny, making it impossible to wash your face with a towel because you'd accidentally touch the sink, which was unhygienic.

The location is great, clean and convenient, and the bed is very comfortable! Clean and hygienic! Very convenient! Check-in and check-out are quick and easy! It's easy to find on the edge of the highway, with complete supporting facilities and plenty of choices for restaurants nearby.

Definitely needs a lift… very dated, old fashioned and just unloved. Bathroom small, pokey and really outdated shower head. Basin top, toilet roll holder fixings etc need renewing.

The family suite is directly opposite the laundry and under the stairs. Clean and apparently recently renovated it was a good place to stay for a night.
