Hotel Route Inn Numata Reviews

Like most hotels of the same brand, the room has everything you need in a small space, is comfortable, clean and very well maintained. Reasonably priced. This is my goto hotel in Japan.

We needed a place to stay for one night before going to Oze, so we chose Numata City and stayed at Route Inn. It was an excellent choice. The building was very new, the staff were extremely friendly, and the public bath was perfect for relaxing and relieving our fatigue after a long day. The breakfast was outstanding—one of the best parts of our stay. We were very impressed and would gladly stay here again.

There are not many food options near the hotel, but the environment is good, but it is a bit inconvenient to travel.

Everything was good with pretty and clean ambience. Those views from front window while it was raining was so peaceful and mind blowing.

New hotel. Excellent location, centrally located. The decor is elegant. The room is spacious and has windows that can be opened. The large bed is comfortable. There are indoor hot springs on ground floor, but no outdoor hot springs. Large parking lot, parking is very convenient. Staff service is top notch. Breakfast is average but enough.

This was my first time staying at this hotel privately, but as it's a new one, it was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a twin room, and the space was more than satisfactory. My only complaint was the food in the restaurant. They're committed to cutting costs, so they keep the staff to a minimum, and apart from the all-you-can-drink option, they only offer beer and sake; you can't order sours or highballs. Why? There's a wide variety of food, but most of it is thawed and reheated. I guess this is common in business hotels these days.

I have no complaints. I was even upgraded. The only thing I could say was that the air conditioning was too strong during dinner time.
