Hotel Route Inn Numata ★★★
"Nece Place, more perks"
HOTEL LiVEMAX BUDGET Gunma Numata ★★★
"Really calm and welcoming place. The location is easy to access, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable."
HOTEL LiVEMAX Numata GRANDE ★★
"The management changed from April, the hotel name became "Live Max", the frosted glass logo and foot wipe mat at the entrance were changed, and the sofa with the allegian sign disappeared. "Opening without changing the bulletin board, equipment, and decoration! Mysterious logic such as not getting a receipt in the local settlement. Bet making is an amateur's work. The free newspaper service was gone. It is not said that the hotel management know-how from the affiliated store is not sufficiently transmitted."
Goroukaku ★★★
"A large inn in Oigami Onsen. We stayed here for a day trip. There are three indoor and outdoor baths. One is for women only, and the rest are mixed. The indoor bath has a chlorine smell because of the circulation, and all guests use the outdoor bath. The bathing fee is 1000 yen per hour, with an additional 1000 yen for each additional hour. The two outdoor baths have different spring quality, and the large outdoor bath at the back had a nice view. The hot spring is slightly warm, so you can take a long bath. There were white hot spring deposits in the middle outdoor bath."
Hotel Yamaguchiya ★★
"We stayed here with our family during Golden Week! We arrived after 6 PM, and they welcomed us with warm words, saying they were worried about us. Dinner was at 6:30 PM, but they understood we wanted to take a bath, and told us it was okay to be a little late, so we could take our time and enjoy the bath. (We were so touched!) It's a truly old-fashioned inn, but everyone working there was so warm and kind. It warmed both our hearts and bodies. Of course, the food was delicious too. It's a place we'd love to visit again. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, so it would be nice if there was."
Senkyo ★★★
"The surroundings are exceptionally quiet, making it ideal for relaxation or even a bit of meditation. It may not be the best choice for families with children, as there are very limited amenities catered for them. Service, however, was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond — when my rental car had a brake light issue, they noticed it before I did, stepped in to assist, contacted the rental company, and ensured it was resolved the very next morning. That level of attentiveness is rare. Location-wise, it is quite remote. There’s little within walking distance, so getting around or finding food requires some planning. But if you’re here for peace and an onsen experience, that quiet isolation becomes part of the appeal. A memorable stay overall, especially for those seeking calm, comfort, and genuine hospitality."
RV Park Plus Numata Kenko Land
"This was my first time staying here. I used my car's navigation system to get there, but it's in a place where even the navigation system gets lost. Has the room been renovated? It was very clean, and judging by the number of chairs, it seemed like a room for five people and was very spacious... however, there was no water in the bathroom or toilet on the second floor where the room was located. It was one thing for a small amount of water, but it wouldn't flush for a large amount of water, so I used the toilet on the first floor. I even used the sink in the bathroom on the first floor to brush my teeth before going to bed. When I went to take a bath around 4:30 in the morning, there was no water from the taps or shower! It had been working fine the previous evening, but now the sink wasn't working and I couldn't brush my teeth...it's supposed to be open 24 hours, isn't it? After 8am, the second floor and the bathroom were working fine. A heated swimming pool? Such a half-baked thing is unnecessary. I think they should use that money to create more variety in the baths. The room had a TV and a refrigerator, and the mineral water in the refrigerator was complimentary. It seems that meals are basically taken in the restaurant. There is no microwave in the building, only a shared kettle next to the restaurant entrance. I tried to re-boil it, but it didn't work. By the way, there's a microwave at the RV park, so you can use it if you go across from the parking lot."
Pension VindeRouge ★
"Small but clean and cozy. The rice was delicious. The owner was also very kind. It was good to have many books and cartoons! There is no TV."
Shisuitei ★★★
"I stayed here after a trail run. The open-air hot spring bath had a lovely, tranquil atmosphere, surrounded by a well-maintained garden. I enjoyed a delicious Japanese meal in a private room. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, it was a reasonably priced inn that met all my needs."
