Here we evaluate the service and the quality of the resort's general amenities: 1. Garden Villa with Pool: Very spacious, private villas beautifully nestled under palm trees. The bathroom has two sinks, a spacious shower, and a lockable toilet. An open transition to the sleeping area, which can be closed off with sliding doors. Sleep Quality: The beds are not box springs, which I expect at this price point, but with a functioning topper. There are two pillows, neither of which are very comfortable. Upon request, you only get a small airline foam pillow – this is unacceptable. The two mattresses had stains on them that the cleaning staff hadn't even attempted to clean – unacceptable. The mattress is so hard that lying on your side can cause back pain – it's impossible to sink into the bed. Minibar: Refilled daily and included in the price: a pack of Bounty chips, two beers, a can of Coca-Cola, a can of Coca-Cola Zero, a pineapple drink, and some kind of iced tea. However, this often only happens after 4 p.m. because room service and housekeeping are separate, for whatever reason.

Although the room is a bit small, it was renovated in 2020. The garden view is very good, the environment is fresh and suitable for taking pictures. The minibar is free, with beer, drinks and snacks. The breakfast is indeed not rich, but relatively speaking, for a 4-star hotel, it is very cost-effective.

The room is big, the service is very good, the garden is rich in vegetation, and the design has local cultural characteristics. It is a little old, but it is newer than other resorts. The breakfast is also rich, and there are many fish in the shallows. Overall, it is very cost-effective on Bora Bora Island.

It was a great stay. The facilities are fantastic and the staff is very nice and helpful. We have no complaints, we would definitely stay here again!
