The venue is superb, but the service not really good enough. As I have made an appointment for my family with 1 King bed and 1 single bed, however once after check in ,I found that just 1 king bed inside and I try to make a clarification at the front desk and make it clear that I pay different price for that room. However, she insist not shown in my booking information.
Luckily, the Manager solve the problems with an sofa bed as well within 30 mins.
The last but not least no discount for the carpark.
