The room was a good size. With a TV, complementary water, a coffee machine and pods and tea. The breakfast was very nice, it was a buffet and good choices.

Close to S Bahn station. 10 minutes' walk to the old town district where the wonderful Christmas markets are. Good location. The best part is the breakfast, served from 6:30 - 10:30am. Very generous spread of bread, pastry, salad, sausages, grilled veggies, cheese, etc. We love the breakfast there. Staff are helpful, warm and welcoming. The hair dryer broke down after a short use one evening. I brought it to the receptionist, he immediately checked it and gave me a new one. The only downside is the shower cubicle is too small.

The room was good, however it felt really odd that the window was facing the courtyard where breakfast was served. As we arrived at night, we slept with open window and curtains, not knowing that people can look inside our room in the morning (and were really noisy). Apart from that - it was okay for the price.

The reception staff were kind and friendly. And they let us check in before the check in time because they had already finished the cleaning of the room. That was quite nice.

Terrible location - on the Sat evening lots of young men smoking -(*****), Gave impression of being near the centre - wasn't . Staff most unhelpful found a good restaurant on my own no help from reception. Room was tiny

It’s an older hotel, but it has a modern interior and is close to public transport. Staff in the front desk were friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

It was easy to find using a rental car, and there was a public parking lot in front, so it was convenient to park there because the parking space was large. The interior was clean and comfortable, so it was great for sleeping!!

The service staff is enthusiastic, English is good, and the transportation is relatively convenient

It was very pleasant, you could explore the city on foot in peace.
