酒店跟着導航走容易找到酒店，酒店自己有很大的停車場免費停車，前台小哥熱情有禮，辦入住手續時候説現在我們舉辦一個小小的歡迎儀式，於是拿出一支檸檬水果酒，我一口乾，結果一會兒就感覺，喝了就有一點點微醺。酒店乾淨衞生，早餐豐富。下次我一定會再預訂這家酒店。

The reviews of this hotel must be fake as I've never stayed in such a badly run hotel. Air conditioning doesn't work and same old lie from staff "engineer is coming to fix it' like the reviews over the last few weeks have said and every hotel I've stayed at in Germany the last 2 weeks! Don't advertise air conditioning when you won't run it to save money!! The only water available is tiny bottles that hold barely a cup full and no fans for rooms available either!! If you want to be roasting hot and dehydrated to near death then this is the place for you and to put a cherry on the cake the staff couldn't care less about their jobs as well.. Enjoy 🫣

The staff is outstanding, thoughtful and responsive. They made us feel welcome. The rooms are modern and comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast each morning with fresh food and many choices. Thank you.

Vorsicht !!!!!!!!!!! Katastrophale Methoden !! Ich war zu Gast im Hotel Number 1 und vergaß im Zimmer-Safe mein Geld ! Als ich einen Tag später bemerkte dass mir das Geld fehlte, informierte ich sofort das Hotel und kurz darauf meldete sich der Eigentümer des Hotels via Telefon bei mir . Ich schilderte ihm was passierte und er öffnete mit meinem Einverständnis den Safe und fand das Geld ! Als er den Betrag sah der sich im Zimmersafe befand, merkte ich, dass er auch gerne etwas vom Geld haben wollte, er spielte es zumindest an ! Der Gipfel war jedoch, als mein Bevollmächtigter Mitarbeiter den Betrag abholen wollte , sagte der Hotel-Boss das er einen Finderlohn haben möchte, ansonsten würde er das Geld nicht aushändigen oder sogar zerreißen!! Ich sagte ihm, dass ein Finderlohn nur dann üblich ist, wenn man etwas zb. Auf der Straße findet und aus Ehrlichkeit dem Eigentümer aushändigt und nicht wenn ich in meinem bezahltem Hotelzimmer-Safe Geld vergesse !! Er setzte mich dermaßen unter Druck, bis dass ich ihm 200 Euro gegen meinem Willen aushändigte! Sonst hätte er mir mein Geld nicht mehr zurückgegeben! Bitte meiden sie dieses Hotel !!! Werde rechtliche Schritte überdenken!!

Ich bin nach einer langen Anreise unglaublich herzlich von einer Mitarbeiterin im Service empfangen worden und die Zeit bis ich in 's Zimmer konnte, verbrachte ich bei einem sofort angebotenen Kaffee draußen auf der gemütlichen Terasse. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und freundlich modern. Die Kissen waren super fluffig, die Matratzen haben eine super Qualität. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und wird ständig kontrolliert und komplettiert. Das Personal war durchgängig sehr nett, zuvorkommend und umsichtig. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut umsorgt. Herr Hofmeister und seine Kollegin im Service bereiteten uns mit ihrer Begeisterung, Witz, Charme und Herzlichkeit eine wirklich tolle Zeit! Gerne wieder!

Świetny hotel. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pyszne śniadania z dużym wyborem, cytrynowo imbirowy szot super sprawa. Pokój bardzo czysty i przestronny. Lokalizacja z dobrym dojazdem, blisko stacji metra. Dla gości parking ze szlabanem. W upalny dzień zimna woda na drogę - miły gest. Jeden minus - działki przed oknami na których akurat była impreza i było głośno.
