Stepping out of the elevator, a strange odor immediately hit me, and it lingered all the way into the room. It wasn't exactly a bad smell, but it was unpleasant and made the air feel stuffy. The room wasn't large, with one double bed and three single beds, making it look quite cluttered. I could have overlooked the mess if it were just about making do, but what I absolutely couldn't stand was the cleanliness. The toilet bowl had yellow stains, clearly unscrubbed, and the shower floor was also grimy. There were bits of debris and hair on the carpet, and even the glass was dirty. It was disgusting; all I wanted was to get through the night and leave as soon as possible. On a positive note, my eight-year-old loved the bunk beds, which offered some emotional value, I suppose.

We really enjoyed Legoland and definitely will come again. The Hotel is superb with various food for breakfast.

The room was generally clean, but there were a lot of ants. My child's water bottle was covered in them overnight, luckily they didn't bite. Check-in was a bit late, not until 4 PM. The theme park opened late and closed early, but everything else was okay. Legoland was great, the other two parks were just so-so.

Our first time staying here. Clean & big room. Very convenient that its near the Medini mall & Sunway Bigbox shopping centre. Breakfast buffet is nice but would be better if we were given 1 hour eating time instead of just 45 minutes. Overall a nice stay, will definitely come to stay here again.

The facilities are old, the room is tiny, and the breakfast is just so-so. There's a strong musty smell. You'd be better off finding another hotel nearby. While it's true that you can walk right out the back door to the amusement park, the park itself was practically empty. On a side note, there's a huge supermarket right outside, which is fantastic! They have everything, and the apples are especially delicious.

Don't book the pirate-themed room on the first floor; any room on higher floors would be better. The first floor reeked of paint, probably due to some renovation work. The pool on the fifth floor is tiny, not really a must-do. The room cleanliness was just okay, but since it was my first time staying at a LEGOLAND Hotel, I didn't fuss over the small details and was just happy to be there. The room came with a LEGO build kit. The breakfast wasn't as good as the Shanghai LEGOLAND, more suited to Indian tastes.

From lobby to room, such a great experience. The kids loved their stay. Almost everywhere we step, the kids had so much fun. Even in the lift they dance to the music and disco lights. They are more excited when they found out there’s a treasure hunt activity in the room itself. Overall great experience, just need to do something about the air conditioning system.

The room was huge, but the bunk beds were a bit short, only suitable for small children. We ended up pulling out the floor mattress and sleeping on the floor. Each floor has a different theme. The guy at the entrance was very enthusiastic and proactively helped us store our luggage. Breakfast was very rich. When it's busy, they control the dining time, giving you a 45-minute card. The room escape game was interesting; I just wish the toys were a bit taller. The hygiene was mediocre; the pillowcases didn't seem very clean.

My family really enjoy during our stay 3 days 2 nights at the hotel. Nothing to complaints.

I've never stayed at such a terrible five-star hotel. 1. No bottled water provided. I called the front desk to ask for some, and they refused, saying outside food and drinks weren't allowed. I was too tired the first day to go to a store, so I woke up in the middle of the night with a parched throat and had to drink tap water. 2. The air conditioning was too cold. It stayed at 16 degrees Celsius and couldn't be adjusted. I had to call a staff member, and only then, with my child watching, was it set to 20 degrees. I still don't know how to adjust it myself. 3. Check-in isn't until 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. I find it strange that a room costing 2420 for one night doesn't even get you a full day. I wanted to lie down and rest after a long day of playing, but had nowhere to go. 4. Breakfast is limited to half an hour per person. Many children were kicked out before they even finished eating. 5. I asked the front desk to book a taxi to Changi Airport, and they quoted me 800 Malaysian Ringgit, which is about 1350 Chinese Yuan. My family of three ended up taking the bus and subway for less than 180 Yuan and got to the airport easily. Their intention to rip off customers was painfully obvious. 6. More than half of the guests visiting the park speak Mandarin, yet there wasn't a single staff member in the entire hotel who could speak Mandarin. This shows a complete disregard for Mandarin-speaking guests.

We booked for Ninjago suite but the hotel overbooked its own room and we were given an upgrade to the kingdom suite. While waiting at the reception, the holding area had plenty of Legos to keep the kiddos occupied. Our room was clean, toiletries were all provided for and there's kettle for boiling water. There is a filter for portable water. The hotel is just a stone throw from the theme park with accessible parking. The buffet breakfast spread had every item you would think of. We were there for the off peak timing for breakfast and got our seats without queue. The slot right before the park's opening hours was the most busy.

Legoland Hotel is full of love and it's suitable for celebrating birthdays with kids. First of all The room was a nice and comfortable bed.When Enter the room full of surprises and kids enjoy the Adventure Games and Open the treasure hunt. Legoland did a good job and they also have activity for kids and completed games then can have a mystery gift from the Legoland counter.

I booked and paid for 2 nights via Trip.com. However, when I check in, the system in Legoland hotel shows that I only booked for 1 night. The staff said that they were unable to let me stay for 2 nights and it was fully booked the next day. After speaking to the staff for a long time, the staff told me to check out the next day and check in again. This was unacceptable as I will be away in the waterpark the whole afternoon the next day with my family. I won't be able to check out, clearing all my things from my current room and go to the desk to check in again. After a while, I was finally allowed to stay in the room for 2 nights. Bad experience and the hotel seems to be overbooked.
