Great hotel, and not too bad breakfast, varieties not bad but could be better if everyday bigger varieties. Great amenities nearby, new big playground, Book store, eatery, Mr Diy, Cinema etc. Great hotel to stay.

Loved the service from front desk. Made us feel very welcomed and they always had a smile on their face. Prabha & Vicki always go the extra mile to help the guests. They were exceptionally helpful and inviting. Always cheerful that it made us feel happy to see them. The room service staff were wonderful and efficient as well. The only qualms we had were the variety of the breakfast buffet which were same for 2 days that we decided not to go down on our 3rd and 4th day. Also the sink in our room toilet takes very long to drain out. Other than that, love the facilities and the fact that the TV in rooms had a good variety of channels and programs.

We checked in at around 8pm , deluxe king room and family deluxe room. But the moment my kids entered the deluxe family room, there was a bad smell( like a mix of cigarettes and some room fresherner smell, not pleasant . The deluxe king room smell ok. We asked to change the family deluxe room but they say no more room and can only open up the window and do some spray while we go for dinner. Upon returning, it was not much better. I checked from online, there were still family room available. Anyway, we didn’t pursue as we are only staying over for 1 night.

It was a great stay at Sunway hotel big box. The room is very spacious even with super king size bed and location is great with many F&B outlets nearby. It will be great if the hotel room tv comes with netflix.

Good to contain 2A2C with the king size bed, consider clean with some signs of aging. Jungle gym, laser tag, book stores, diy, movie for the boys good for 2d1 but Nsk is really local super market maybe can skipped.

Stayed at Sunway Big Box Hotel recently. Room floor was not very clean. Breakfast had limited variety and could be improved. The air-conditioning wasn’t cold, likely due to table assigned was near the door. Despite these issues, the overall stay was good—the staff were polite, and the location was convenient for shopping and dining. A decent option if you're not too particular about room details or breakfast spread.

Great experience, clean, nice breakfast, ample parking, part of mall with restaurant. Recommend 👍 Great with own transport.

Lovely stay at Big Box Hotel as usual, good size of rooms and near to GSC cinema where we enjoyed a movie together.

Nice lobby and clean rooms. Definitely will be going back again. But wished that the shuttle transport to Legoland can be more frequent rather than just 2 trips.

Nice place and near a shopping mall and Legoland. But the grab ride from JB Sentral to this hotel can get quite pricey due to demand surge.

Great for this price point. Near legoland. Clean rooms. And lots of shops within the area.

Stayed 3D2N over a long weekend with our boy. Clean and comfortable hotel. Connected to big shopping mall with some shops, eatery and play venues. Easy to spend a leisure day. However due to PH and the location, very very hard to call taxi because there’s simply no driver. Better drive yourself if you wanna stay here. Free parking at the open car park. Recommend this hotel 👍

Our experience at Sunway Box Hotel was nothing short of superb. We made a sudden booking after our original accommodation fell through, which left us quite upset. However, from the moment we arrived, Sunway Box Hotel turned things around. The staff made our stay truly special and helped us forget all about the earlier disappointment. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay and are grateful for the warm hospitality and comfortable environment. Highly recommended!

Staff was friendly as usual, lobby was clean and comfortable. They even prepare a surprise cake and decoration for my wife birthday
