居然好意思收這麼貴的價格，沒空調，海拔高的晚上凍**。床單整套還臟得要死。窗簾是捲簾式的，兩邊漏光，對面的住户都能看到我們。整個房間沒有隔音！千萬別住這家！！！巨坑！

設施：除了洗澡水太小外，設施還是很齊全的
衞生：非常好，很乾凈
環境：不遠處有個遊樂園，晚上稍微有點吵，因為是在小路旁，晚上街上有狗吠，對於睡覺比較好的年輕人，不受影響！
服務：服務不錯，我老公的膝蓋被蹭破了，服務員拿來葯膏擦上，特別好！沒有電梯，服務員幫忙搬行李，當然我們也付了小費
斯里蘭卡民宿的早餐都是一樣的，標配

因為是新酒店所以硬體條件是還不錯。房間空間比較大，浴室相對小，但還過得去能用。一樣沒有被子。WiFi不是很穩定。
服務團隊的人一堆，是一個出國工作過的經理帶了一堆新手，一如既往的服務熱誠是都有，客氣而友善，就是腦子不是很靈光，溝通上小弟們通常理解力不是很夠。
在這裡吃飯是沒什麼問題，就是價格偏高，跟整理一線大餐廳的價格差不多，圖個方便其實也是過得去。

新酒店，衞生不錯，距離湖邊也不遠。因為太累了，當天選擇在餐廳用餐，味道不過不失。酒店隔音太差了，當天8點我就想睡覺了，但是樓梯的木地板實在太吵了，一直都10點我都是半醒半睡的狀態，一早又開始吵，隔音基本為零。酒店人員服務不錯，當天沒熱水立刻解決問題，熱水很快就來了。但是這個是新酒店，不應該發生這種事。早餐很不錯，現做的，好吃又温暖。

I don’t know what to say THEY GAVE US SO MUCH FOOD PLUS SERVICE QUALITY IS GOOD you can ask them anything you want and they will give you happily but issue is the WiFi is not that good from 20 mpbs and small bathroom but it’s still good for me! Would visit this anytime.

I stayed in the Bulwark one night with my family. We reserved BB, planning to walk around the city. But we had to stay inside the hotel from 3pm to following day morning due to the rainy wheather. We enjoyed their Coffee, hot chocolate and Dinner from small but nice, modern restaurent. Visited to their Pub and chilled. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Specially Mr.Janaka and Prasanna.. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Eventhough you are not staying at Bulwark, can recommend their restaurent for your meals and Pub to enjoy in the misty cold wheather.

Noise!
The staff was very friendly and the hotel new and clean.
The sound proofing is horrendous throughout the entire hotel. Between rooms and to outside. The lobby played music very loud until 10pm and then turned it down only a little bit until 11pm when it stopped. Very sleep disturbing.

We have visited Nuwara Eliya for more than 25 times. Hotel Bulwark was one of the best places we stayed. Situated out of the busy city area., but, just within a 5 minute drive to all city attractions. The entire property was extremely clean. The team were very polite and so customer friendly. They were always ready to impress us. Both floors have nice lobby areas and the one on our floor was like our private lobby. All our meals were served to our lobby and the Smart TV was fully equipped with everything we want to relax. The lake view from the lobby was fantastic. We stayed there for 3 nights and will definitely stay there once again when we visit Nuwara Eliya next time.
