Very attentive service, especially from front desk stafff Thejan who is passionate about his job. He's also cheerful and took good care of his guests. Glad to have Lakshan as our guide to the waterfall and our tea plantation experience. Chef Morgan cooks amazing Sri Lankan food and also very fine western cuisine. The rest of the staff were very attentive as well.

A rough journey
The chartered car is small, it would be better if it is a driving car
Because the road condition is really bad.
It is recommended that tourists visit during the day.
Allow 30-60 minutes for navigation
In January, it starts to get dark around 6 o'clock.
The hotel has beautiful scenery

整體服務很滿意，還有免費製茶、採茶體驗，走的時候還送了兩盒茶葉。但上山的路確實不好走，務必包車找當地司機開上去，而且最好傍晚6點前到，否則天一黑，半小時山路顛簸無路燈太危險。另外，酒店的隔音是有點差的，是否影響睡眠就要看好不好彩，遇到哪些當天同入住的人。不過個人感覺住客素質都尚可。

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel tucked away in the beautiful village of Mandaram Nuwara. The location is stunning – surrounded by lush tea plantations and mist-covered hills. The highlight of our trip was the nearby tea and experience factory, where we learned about the entire tea-making process and even got to try it ourselves – a truly memorable experience! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing views, and the food was fresh and flavorful. We had the most amazing experience at the Tea and Experience Factory Hotel in Mandaramnuwara. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. Surrounded by lush green hills and misty mountains, the views are simply magical. It’s the perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.
