Greg and the whole staff have been so fantastic with my horrible situation. Definitely recommend staying there

All furniture super old. Room not vacuumed upon arrival. Room wreaks of smoke. Stains on walls and sheets. Sheets with hair. Bathtub with hair upon arrival. Wrong amounts of towels. I paid for a room for 3 and I was told only 2 towels given each time. Cleaning staff fairly rude. Front desk apologetic but... Breakfast good in general.

I would need to begin by apologizing for my review. A stay of two nights was horrendous. The heater was not working properly. I ignore it the first night because I arrived almost at 2am. I realized when I returned hours later that the room did not have any heat. They do not have a cleaning service. They provided me another room and the pillows had hair from the previous clients. The carpet dingy, The lamps or the outlets didn’t work properly. I have stood in other spots but this one was like pictures provided in ******* or on their page. Also, they had a client arguing, slamming doors, and throwing things at 1:30 am the first night I stood there. I felt as if I was staying in a small hotel/shelter. I had work in small hotels and the one I worked for was totally different with cleaning and much more. However, the female reception was very pleasant and willing to help. I reported the situation and i did not get any refund

The food wasn’t that great and my husband got sick. The outlets were not functioning so I was unable to charge devices and the room smelled like cigarette smoke . Not to mention that the stair leading to the second floor did not look stable

Extremely dirty and stained EVERYWHERE-even the walls were stained. Towels were yellow (not intentionally) and every time we open and shut the door it felt like the windows were gonna break. It also had a broken door jam as though the door had been broken down before. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night trying to avoid getting shot or jumped based on what we could outside of the door.
