Mi marido y yo hicimos una reserva para ir en octubre. En la página web anuncian que son pet friendly, pero no indican ningún peso máximo. Al confirmarnos la reserva nos indican que el peso máximo de la mascota debe ser 5 kg. Tuvimos que cancelar la reserva y hacerla en otro lugar. Si sólo se aceptan mascotas con un peso máximo de 5 kg, no se considera un establecimiento pet friendly, pero ellos lo anuncian como tal.

El hotel está muy bien situado. La limpieza bien. La atención del personal correcto. La comida excelente muy bien hecha y en abundancia. Para mi lo peor es que en una ala del hotel no hay ascensor para acceder a las habitaciones hay que subir y bajar andando. Tampoco tiene nevera en las habitaciones. Si la quieres te la ponen pero cuesta 3€ al día. Ami es la primera vez que me pasa, por favor estámos en el siglo 21. Yo creo que le sobra alguna estrela.

Limpieza 10 Amabilidad del personal 10 Jefe o dueño, CERO, un impresentable, grosero, estúpido, sin educación. Wifi regulera. NO HAY PARKING en el hotel, y si lo hay fuera, como si no lo hubiera. En 7 días nunca estuvo disponible. No deberían decir en las webs donde se anuncian que sí hay porque es falso. Es muy difícil aparcar, ni cerca ni lejos. Desayuno caro. No hay cafetería. No volveremos.

Hemos estado en julio del 2023 y el hotel nos encantó por su buena ubicación, la limpieza, habitación amplia y soleada. El edificio es nuevo y moderno y la atención eficiente. Fuimos aconsejados por amigos para visitarlo y sin duda fue un acierto. Volveremos a elegirlo para próximas visitas al Grove.

Hotel muy bueno y familiar. En él C Urbano . Comidas caseras y abundantes con muy buen Servicio. Hotel reformado y muy limpio con muy buena accesibilidad. Buena relación calidad precio.Esta cerca del puerto pesquero y deportivo. La isla de la Toja a cinco minutos atravesando el puente.

Hemos estado el último finde de Mayo mi pareja y yo, y genial. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa. Yo soy celiaca y me han tratado fenomenal. Todo sin gluten y perfecto, si algo no te gustaba, te lo cambiaban en el momento a pesar de ser menu cerrado. Las habitaciones genial e instalaciones. Desde luego, que si volvemos a Ogrove, volveremos allí sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias por pensar en el colectivo celíaco.

Más que un hotel, es un hostal. Todo limpio, eso sí, pero viejo y con carencias graves. Nos alojaron en una habitación doble, al lado de las escaleras del fondo, en una zona muy anticuada. En horas de comida y cena, el olor de la cocina subía a las escaleras y entraba en la habitación. Nada grato para pasar unas vacaciones. El desayuno infumable. Parking no tiene. Promociona parking gratuito, pero es bajar al puerto y buscarte la vida. La ubicación es muy buena, pero el resto nada recomendable. Y menos a ese precio.
